I didn't plan to become a business coach. I planned to keep climbing. Then I realized I wasn't in my genius zone, the thing that lit me up: helping real people build something that was actually theirs.
I had the MBA. The title. The global team. The multi-million-dollar operations. By every external measure, I was succeeding. But I was burning out, working harder than I ever had, watching my effort disappear into a machine that didn't care, doing things I was good at but not what I loved. That was the moment I realized I wasn't in my genius zone, the thing that lit me up. Which was helping real people succeed in business (not helping corporations get richer). Helping people build something that was actually theirs while also enjoying life. Because life is too short not to. So I made the leap. Mid-life. On my own terms. With me I brought: 15+ years of corporate leadership, an executive MBA, experience running complex operations with diverse teams, and a deep belief that you don't have to sacrifice your life to build something valuable. I grew up in communist Poland, where resources were scarce but resourcefulness was everything. That upbringing shaped how I think about business: lean, strategic, intentional. Nothing wasted. Everything is purposeful. Today I work with service-based business owners who are done with the hustle-at-all-costs version of success. My clients want to build businesses that are profitable, scalable and worth buying, whether they ever sell or not. That last part matters. A business worth buying is a business that runs well, grows predictably, and doesn't depend entirely on you showing up every single day. It becomes a valuable asset that can turn into a family venture or basis for the financial freedom so many of us want to create. That's what we build together with my Sustainable Scale System™.
One client grew her business by 63% in just 6 months, working with Maggie Perotin's Sustainable Scale System™. Another kept doubling her revenue for two years straight.
One client hit her revenue target 3 months ahead of schedule. Another stepped out of corporate into her passion business sooner than she ever thought possible. These aren't unicorn results. They're what happens when you stop working harder and start working on the right things.
